He has covered all the major events in the fight game during that time, deep interviews and highlights such as, McGregor, Khabib, Diaz, Pacquiao and Mayweather George St-Pierre. Also producer of 30 for 30 film: “Chuck and Tito,” which looked at the exploits and struggles of Chuck Liddell and Tito Ortiz. He resides in Las Vegas and is, at the time, an avid, average golfer.
UFC heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall is still dealing with the impact of the eye poke he sustained last weekend in a title fight against Ciryl Gane at UFC 321. Aspinall was unable to continue and was forced out of the historic title fight in the first bout. On Tuesday, Aspinall’s father and head coach Andy provided an update on the 32-year-old’s condition.

“It’s not good,” Andy said in a video posted on Aspinall’s YouTube channel. “The right eye, he can’t see anything out of it. It’s just gray. (Doctors) have tried him with words, and he can’t see anything. The left eye is 50%. He got about four letters (down the paper), and then he couldn’t see the letters. It’s really, really bad — and a no-go.”
Andy told ESPN on Sunday that his son avoided “loss of os team”.
Aspinall hasn’t released an official statement after the no contest but appeared visibly upset in the octagon later. According to CEO Dana White, the UFC wants to reschedule the matchup between Aspinall and Gane. That potential rebooking will have to wait for the season, however, because of the league’s long-term impact for Aspinall and his team.
“But he couldn’t.”
