মিনেসোটা ওয়াইল্ড নিউ জার্সি ডেভিলসের কাছে ৪-১ গোলে হেরেছে

Nico Daws made 29 saves, while Paul Cotter, Brendan Dillon, and rookie Arseni Gritsyuk scored as the New Jersey Devils defeated the Minnesota Wild 4-1 Wednesday night for their sixth straight win. The Devils’ win streak is their longest since winning 13 straight games early in the 2022-23 season. Jesper Bratt added an empty-net goal, and Dawson Mercer chipped in with two assists. Cotter started the scoring with 3:39 left in the first period, shooting a loose puck past goaltender Filip Gustavsson for his first goal of the season. Dillon made it 2-0 at 6:08 of the second period with his second goal of the season – and his second in two nights. Gritsyuk, 24, a fifth-round draft pick in 2019, scored his first NHL goal on a power play at 4:53 of the third. Minnesota’s Matt Boldy spoiled Daws’ shutout bid with his fifth goal midway through the third. Daws was making his first appearance of the season after Jack Allen won New Jersey’s previous three contests. Starter Jacob Markstrom was injured in the win against Columbus on Oct. 13. The New Jersey penalty kill denied three Wild power plays to extend their streak to 21. The Devils have allowed just one goal in seven games. The Wild finished a five-game trip with a 3-1 win over the Rangers on Monday at Madison Square Garden before starting a six-game homestand.
