Smallest.ai has raised $8 million in a seed funding round led by Sierra Ventures, with participation from 3one4 Capital and Better Capital. The full-stack enterprise voice AI platform will use the funds to accelerate its global expansion in North America and India, drive product innovation, and further deepen enterprise penetration in regulated sectors such as banking, financial services, retail, healthcare, and IT. Smallest.ai’s patented, full-featured voice AI combines speech recognition, natural language understanding, and speech synthesis to enable real-time, human-level communication.

The company forecasts 300% YoY growth in the US and 150% YoY growth in India in the coming year. According to the company, this growth will be driven by enterprise demand for scalable and natural voice AI.
According to the company, Smallest.ai delivers up to 80% reduction in support costs, 10x improvement in agent productivity, 24/7 availability, and over $10 million in savings per year for large organizations.
